when i saw the video and images above my jaw dropped immediately. to say that this chanel 2012/13 collection is stunning and immaculate would be a serious understatement. mary queen of scots was the rightful muse for the entire 2012/13 collection created by karl lagerfeld. two weeks ago, the powerhouse did their formal runway show at the linlithgow palace (where mary actually was born and lived until her cousin elizabeth had her beheaded) in scotland, an irresistibly ideal and completely romantic backdrop to the impeccable garments.
karl described the collection as, "cruel romance."
