thanksgiving

to take one day out of the year to really focus on everything you're thankful for is a blessing in itself. and so, like i wrote on my instagram...

thankful
for my family who love me unconditionally
and always support my crazy dreams.
for my friends who keep my feet on the ground
and give me a reason to laugh on the daily.
for the places i've travelled to this year which made me realize
once more how lucky i am.
for a year that has taught me how to love a bit deeper,
understand more sympathetically,
open my heart more,
fight a bit tougher,
breathe a bit lighter,
fix what isn't working,
work on things that deserve a fixing.
thankful to live a life i've fully created and enjoy.
and thankful that i still want to love more,
see more, understand more, connect more, aspire for more.
and to those reading this (and to all the others tucked in my heart), i'm thankful for you.
