here is another outfit post i did with kar gar while in miami. but before i speak about it, we must first back track a bit...

the afternoon started by lunching and drinking beer whilest chuckling over ridiculous college stories. so enthralled were we that we did not notice the sun setting. upon the enlightenment, we ran ourselves to the dock and shot with the little light that was left. not too shabby.

both the ralph lauren blazer (the only thing i asked for) and corduroy pants were christmas presents. the hat which i had been in love with ever since my visit to goorin bros, was my gift to myself.

let's start this thing off right

happy 2013 blogiverse! 

i am so honored and thrilled to be starting the year off right - a shoot i did with karla (otherwise known as kar gar), one of my closest friends in miami for a decade now. 
the alfa romero was the primary source of inspiration here, a la james bond/charlie's angels. i must admit that the entire outfit was kindly borrowed from my mother's fabulous closet. i mean, whilest in miami, might as well take advantage... right?
