aha! i have created a dish!
one of the things i love most to do is cook and so when i found i only had a can of tuna in my pantry, i nearly fainted. ... i then realized i also had a life saver:

that's right. if the japanese could do it, by golly, so can i! i grabbed my can of tuna, seasoned it with salt and pepper (i'm not one who likes too many condiments on seafood), dashed on some mayonnaise (low fat - 30calories) and rolled the tuna into little balls. i then sprinkled some flour then PANKO!
i heated some canola oil on medium high and placed the little balls of heaven unto the frying pan.
three minutes later...

will definitely cook these the next house party i go to :)
