prada blues

this has to be one of my most beloved dresses of all time. i picked this gem of a frock in a consignment store in chicago (terribly horrible that i forgot the name) two years ago. since then, it has served as an inspiration to a handful of meaningful events in my life. 

i can remember how i stood waiting for you in the garden - holding all my self in my arms like a basket of flowers. it was that to me anyhow - i thought i was sweet - waiting to hand that basket to you.

nature inspired

i cannot thank tammie jane enough for the stellar shoot we did together!

the theme for this outfit was very boho and nature inspired (if ya couldn't tell). shooting at the old los angeles zoo on a beautiful and sunny sunday afternoon really worked like a charm.

so what in blue blazes am i actually wearing? the shirt i bought off my neighbor at a yard sale for $5; the skirt is from urban outfitters; the belt is actually an old old forever 21 necklace; bracelets are a mixed between tribal, a diamond bracelet and a red good luck charm string; the diamond ring is from the late 1970's that my mom gave me. crazy, huh?
