when it comes to dressing in the city and my outfits being a revolving door of "what's next?" - it's always imperative to buy key pieces, but it's also quite necessary to shop high-street brands for the day to day. along with the h&m's and topshops of life, i've grown keen on sheinside.
above is a perfect example on how something so simple can be so chic.

green gem

whereas last year i was all about shorts, this spring and summer i've taken quite the liking to dresses. transiting them from day to night is quite easy and adding different components is just as fun (ie: my scarf and beloved fauxenstocks which have resurfaced after a brutal winter). this little green gem from sheinside has taken on several occasions as the long sleeves lends itself better to event than a traditional short sleeved dress.

there's nothing better than throwing on your favorite sweater and a pair of tights on a chilly afternoon, wouldn't you agree?
when i saw this grey little number from sheinside i was immediately drawn to how effortlessly chic it was. swap the boots for heels, smack some red lips on, and you can have a night out in the town.

going to new york city for thanksgiving holiday only brought sheer terror and anxiety over the weather and what in blue heavens i was going to wear to shield me from said artic blast. thanks to my friends over at sheinside, i bundled up with this classic cable knit sweater complete with even more classic elbow patches.
